Creative Practice. Human Connection. New Possibilities.
Indigo Group LLC brings together movement, expressive arts, storytelling, education, and nonprofit experience to help people and organizations see what is possible when we challenge the assumptions that shape how we understand one another.
Founded by interdisciplinary artist, educator, dance/movement therapist, and nonprofit professional Allison Ballard, MA, DMT, Indigo Group works at the intersections of creative expression, neurodiversity, inclusion, trauma education, behavior, and community.
Indigo works with universities, healthcare organizations, educators, community organizations, nonprofits, conferences, care teams, and individuals through performance, experiential workshops, professional training, consulting, creative nonfiction, and nonprofit support.
At the heart of Indigo Group is a simple belief:
Creative expression and embodied experiences can change the way we understand ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
Movement, rhythm, storytelling, and other expressive arts give us ways to explore ideas that cannot always be reached through words alone. They can create connection, invite curiosity, expand perspective, and open possibilities for people who have too often been defined by limitations rather than potential.
The Indigo Group invites people to move, express, connect, and see differently.
